Edward Schmeltz,, P.E., D.CE, D.NE, D.OE, D.PE, F.ASCE is currently the senior vice president and director of maritime and special projects at AECOM in New York City. Ed has over 35 years of professional experience in strategic planning, marketing, business development, operations for planning, design and construction of civil and transportation projects.

Mr. Schmeltz's expertise include engineering management, coastal engineering, ocean engineering, port & harbor engineering, navigation engineering, transportation, business development, coastal and port planning and civil engineering. Ed is the current president of ACOPNE Board of Trustees.
